When I first heard about the 2-Step Ice Water Routine, my first thought was, "Can it be real?"
But just believe me, don't argue…. it works.
My results have been unbelievably amazing. Results have been different for everyone I know, but everyone I know has had a positive result.
At my early 20s, I was stunningly beautiful and attractive. I was every man's dream. But all my charming, beautifulness and attractive shape began to disappear after my second baby.
I really struggled to control my curves. Before I got pregnant for the second time, I was at 151 and happy with how I looked.
I wanted to get my shape back, and after that pregnancy, I was at 239.
I was so unhappy with how I looked and felt. I was in desperate need!
I started going to the gym, almost drinking only water, working out more, cutting calories and so on.
Every morning, I worked out for 90 minutes jogging on treadmills, using the elliptical, doing squats, etc. it wasn't easy.
Working out every day is not something I enjoy doing. I wanted to get back down to 151, but no matter how hard I worked out, nothing seemed to be working and the number on the scale would not go down.
After a few months, I noticed that my husband wasn't paying attention to me as he used to, and the closeness between us started to fade because of my size.
He did try to encourage me with some positive words and tried to say that everything was ok.
But I knew it wasn't. And I realised that it was time to try something new, or else I'd be trapped if I didn't turn things around quickly.
The simple little-known facts that changed my life!

Fortunately, I was at my annual check-up when my doctor casually mentioned something that stopped me in my tracks.
“You know,” she said with a smile, “there’s a simple 2-step ice water routine that’s been helping my patients see amazing changes.”
I raised an eyebrow. “Wait… what kind of changes?”
She leaned in and said, “Let’s just say it’s been a total game-changer for energy, metabolism, and stubborn weight.”
I was intrigued. No intense workouts? No crazy diets? When she offered to send me the same video explaining exactly how it works, I knew I had to see it for myself.

It's still hard for me to believe...!

Don't get me wrong, exercise is very important, and just recently, I feel like I have a lot more energy to exercise. I now actually WANT to go to the gym.
But it's just mind blowing for the fact that I got to 151 without even exercising.
